One more thing.... if you have ever raced, you know that you never care if the car or engine comes home alive. Anybody at DE that can drive a car like that for 10-12 laps in row will surprise the hell out of me. It's worth 2-3 seconds a lap.... not caring.

Had a 914-6 I used to race. Blew up a few engines. It's different.

What kind of laps can a 997 Turbo and Turbo S pull off at sebring? I was running 2:27-2:28 with a heavy modded Exige.

Hi Shawn. Think we know each other. Chin Pca etc. from fort Myers Asian dude. Following friend good driver earlier this year his first few times on track with his 997.2 turbo with tune and exhaust on Hoosiers. About 1-2 slower than me. Very capable car. Start watching 15:15. He pulled 224's me 222's in hot weather. I kept him in front to get some video for him. I've done 220's hoping to break 220 winter fest. If it's cold

Btw car is street legal full leather cold ac radio. I have set street tires and sometimes drive to work but way loud.

Hi Shawn. Yes. Stock motor and Ecu 6-3. Have Charles d custom exhaust which is sweet The turbo was a friend. Gave me a point by but I waved him on to get more video. Think it was only his second day in that car. He had 997-gt3 for yrs.

Are you on Hoosiers doing 2.20-2.22? I've seen my 996.3 doing 2.22 with a great driver in it. That's on Nittos. With me behind the wheel not even close. I only have 4 days at Sebring and are 2.30. Work to do. Thanks for posting the video.

He misses some self preservation reservations. Never seen DE cars this close to walls as thought out planned plan of attack

Thx peter and 4.0. Peter is smoothest driver ever. Lap times in teens he looks like he's on the beach. Yes Hoosiers. And only reason I'm fastest 6-3 cause I'm usually the only 6-3. Hoping to break 220 winter fest. I think there are some faster drivers in 6-3like ukrbmw and 007. But not at Sebring 😜
Most I've seen upgraded their 6-3 gt3's before extracting everything out of 6-3. Or went racing in other cars.

Great to see that you are enjoying your 6.3! Used to drive a 6.3mk1 in Europe about 10 years ago. Just got back driving again after a long break due to having kids and a lot of work. So need seat time.
I bought Farmers old car and my plan is to keep improving on what he started. I'll be traveling for work during Winterfest
Hope to meet you at Sebring spring time. Always eager to learn from someone that knows how to drive these beauties.

Cool. Ohhhhh. Didn't know Peter L was the farmer. Saw the "farmer" on peter B trakcar video 991-3-Rs. Assume same farmer. Lol. He's a good friend and great guy. My buddy almost bought that car. Great deal.

Car has been great. Car is telling me to go faster. But, I need more seat time and more days at Sebring to get anywhere close to cars potential. Still taking it easy @ Bishops, 1 and 17.

Is that the PCA DE the week after Winterfest?
