another 10k and you are in '07 997.1 GT3 territory ... its not been driven much at all ... probably needs a new battery, I'd also exchange all current fluids esp engine and transmission oil since they have been sitting around stagnant for a longish time...

These are the best. Michelin PS2, comfort seats, no roll bar ....... This car is finally ready to do where it's made for. Check if a rollbar has been installed before and you know if it's a true garage queen or not.

Oil and brake fluid and coolant just changed on 5/21/2011.
My WAG is that's the first service the car has received since it was bought new.
Awful low miles. There's a risk in a very low miles cars sans any warranty. And how much premium do you want to pay for a low miles car that will have the low miles premium evaporate quicker than a debt ceiling deal as soon as you start driving the car and adding miles to it?
Not much would be opinion.
If one could learn what servicing the car had and the servicing was not bad and if one could get the car sans any low miles premium and at a low enough price to mitigate the risk a low miles out of warranty car (and a car that sold new for what $100K? $120K which means nothing's going to be cheap to put right if it goes wrong) brings with it then it might be a good buy. Might.
Sincerely,
Macster.

Too many garage queen haters on here
Seriously, quit guessing and ask the owner some questions. Many preventative maintenance items are done by time or mileage whichever comes first. As others said you need to find out how the owner cared for it.
Appears to have a battery maintainer on board.
Agree that the original tires are old so assume they might be an issue for hardness, less adhesion.

* once you put on miles, resale is gone, but presumably you're wanting a pristine example and this one is surely that, plus I like full leather and the thicker wheel.
* 7 year old tires are a health hazard
* new light battery is whatever you want to pay for one ... $100 or $1500
* gosh, probably needs new wiper blades, too! : )
* I'm guessing this guy enjoyed the car (3200 miles is not zero miles and he's had it set up to carry a child in the front seat ... that counts for cool points)
* Unless the owner was negligent (this ad suggests this car was a "pride and joy" not just gathering dust and neglected) then he would have had it to the dealer for annual work and that's enough to keep it in tip top shape.
I'd be interested in it at the top of the retail price range, maybe around $50K? As noted, much higher and you're into all kinds of GT3 options, not to open the debate on whether the 997.1 GT3 is better, but certainly worth considering the pluses and minuses before paying the premium to get a "time capsule" example like this one ... and then take it out of the capsule ... : )
