Hi guys,

I wanted to share this little vid with my GT3 brothers.
It's from this Monday at a small local track outside of Montreal. I have a 1997 Civic HB with a B18C5 motor (Integra Type-R motor...195hp) and we are getting it ready to race in it's first race.
On a short track like this it's quite fast, only being passed by one of my employees in his 379whp Nissan 180SX.
Also in the vid is the same 180 and another guy who works here with his Integra.
"Green" run group here is the race/instructor group.
P.S. The car is named Barney because when I bought it, it was purple and old...like the stupid dinosaur.

It's super fun to drive. It's fast in the corners but is far from being GT3 fast on the straights. It's funny getting into it after the Gt3 and then back into the GT3...really have to re-adjust.

Nice. I got my start in tuning doing Honda engine swaps. Then it was Subaru engine swaps. How I ended up a Porsche gearbox specialist is kind of beyond me...

Man, it's way to quiet for a Honda race car. Our local cars are so loud we need ear plugs!

Yeah it's pretty quiet. I'm running a 2.5" exhaust but it has a resonator, muffler and turn down. All you hear is the intake. With the camera on the roof you hear nothing....

I ran Barney an entire day and in all seriousness, this thing is damn close if not as fast as a 964. Dwane, don't let it be, fight back man!!

Lol!! You can hear me yell in the car at the mustang and when I mess up the bus stop following the Nissan! It really is too quiet if you can hear what I say inside the car with a full face helmet on!

Were you yelling BOHICA!! when you got passed?? You should assign a hand signal to BOHICA so when ever you get passed which will happen often with Barney (not so much in the GT3) or when you pass someone, you could yell it and do the hand signal.

Gonna try to go to Saint Eustache next time I'm in Montreal. My cousin goes there all the time with his grey 996 GT3, and says it's a lot of fun.
