Ok, so first your car is "stock" (I guess Motons don't count). Now, there's also the matter of a cup gearbox. So come on, spill the beans, what else is there that you "should've mentioned"?
And BTW, how many freaking cup boxes are available in Ottawa? Seems to be a really popular upgrade this year![ducking](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/icon107.gif)

Chris here's the parts list from my LWFW and clutch conversion as well LW RS crank pulley:
Clutch disc : 996-116-015-32
Shaft Seal Ring: 997-102-265-91
Flywheel: 964-102-239-31
Ring Gear : 964-114-143-31
Ball Bearing 35mm : 931-102-111-00
Socket Screw 10x24 (9) : 928-102-151-01
Socket Screw 8x45 (9) : N-014-715-3
Release Bearing 72mm : 944-116-080-01
Clutch guide tube: 950-116-813-30
Needle bearing 4:1 : 999-201-365-00
Belt Pulley : 996-102-017-95
Hex-HD Screw 14x40 : 993-102-550-80
Parts total : $2601.02
As for streetability, it's really a non-issue... just like getting used to any new clutch, maybe there's a couple hiccups at first, but then smooth sailing...
It's on the track where this mod really shines!!

Sorry, did not mean it that way. I thought everyone knew except for me. I found out the hard way by racing against the same cars with a late gear set. Lesson learned: 2003 and later Cup gear sets are shorter 4,5,6.

I can't certify if the gears are "LATE" that Chris will be getting but 4,5,6 are ridiculously short. About 150-155 mph top speed. Driven well needs 6th where stock unit needs only 4th.

The one I've installed has
Cup ------------------------- cup vs stock
r/p: 4.0
1st: 3.15 for 12.6 ---------------- -4.0%
2nd: 2.0 " 8.0 ------------------- +2.6%
3rd: 1.56 " 6.24 -----------------+11.2%
4th: 1.31 " 5.24 ----------------- +18.6%
5th: 1.09 " 4.36 ----------------- +19.1%
6th: 0.91 " 3.64 ----------------- +14.5%
vs Stock
r/p: 3.44
1st: 3.82 for 13.13
2nd: 2.27 " 7.80
3rd: 1.63 " 5.61
4th: 1.29 " 4.42
5th: 1.06 " 3.66
6th: 0.92 " 3.18
YRMV.. but definitely supports what Andrei says.

Indeed, those are the short later gears.
I too will be looking for short 4,5,6 at season's end assuming my gearbox holds together through the summer.
