Strut collars

Strut collars
Looking to replace the collars or rings on all four corners of my suspension. I have had some dirt build up the strut threads which I am cleaning off, and as long as I'm at it this winter, I thought I would replace the collars for supporting and locking the springs as well as the rear sway bar drop link mounts. PET, Pelican, and Kelly Moss all show the strut with collars as a single part number, but I just want to buy the collars.
Anyone know where I can go to get these?
Also, looking for advice on a spanner wrench to work with these. I see some at Sears, but wondering if you have any suggestions on where to get one or two.
Thanks for your help.

All this stuff is pretty much standard for all shocks. Collars, lock collars, and the sway bar mounts are actually Bilstein units off of a 993 Bilstein HD and PSS9 kit. Notice on the top looks like there was some machining? Well when Porsche decided to use these on the GT3 Bilstein cast them with the Porsche Exclusive Part logo (triangle with P in it). Thing was they had to then machine that off when supplied with the HD and PSS9 kits. They did a bad job and most times logo was visible. Anyway, you can get this stuff from any seller of shock stuff (TRG, Bilstein, etc).

Thanks again and update
I got a little side tracked in the process, as I was pursuing Porsche Motorsport parts when I was told that Sachs provides the Cup dampers while Bilstein provides the street shocks...and that Sachs does everything they can to be incompatible with Bilstein (a claim made to me, not one I am making since I have no idea if this is true). That seemed to rule out Motorsport.
I did pursue Bilstein's customer support team and then got connected to Turner Motorsport. They have the rings and it appears I will soon be set to go.
Thanks for all of your help, gentlemen. What a great community to tap into!!

They are hard to spin after a few years and that is after soaking the shock threads with PB Blaster and WD 40 . Are you looking for the spring pertch and locking ring that is just below it. Or are you looking for the ride height ring that sits lower on the shock? There are three rings threaded on to a shock. Since you mentioned Kelly Moss, you might be from the midwest and I would recomend IMGt3. If you are from California then I have seen TRG spring pertches on their website.
