PFC users. Tried any different F to R PFC pad combos?
#61
Alright, so I ran the 06F 01R combo this past weekend at CMP (Carolina Motorsports Park). Those of y'all that know the track know how hard this track is on brakes. I made sure to install the cup ducts before this event so I could get good cooling to them.
The bias was phenomenal. With a bit of a higher friction coefficient in the rear the car was really planted under hard braking. I could really get on the binders hard (threshold) lap after lap and by moving some of the brake bias to the rear I was able to let the fronts work hard without overheating.
I really like this combo but will still try out moving to same compound front and rear when these pads go down to replacement thickness.
