I have a DAS Sport bar from CDOC. I like it. I had it powdercoated red before installation.

The DAS bar like Chris suggested and the Tequipment one are the two most common used.

I like the GMG, it has an extra bit of leg room.

I have the DAS and it's a very sturdy bar. One thing you might want to know ahead of time is that it doesn't have a front diagonal cross bar. Some folks don't like that and feel that is a weak point.

Personally, when I look at the shape of the front hoop and how close it is to the car and the potential buckling points (which are also reinforced with the horizontal bar), I don't think it's a big deal in this case.

...but you may not like it. I figured I'd let you know now.

Cheers,

I have the porsche motorsport bar, wrapped in sumptuous leather (by previous owner)

Roll bar is a good idea, in case you roll it

That Cantrell bar looks like the business.

It would have the advantage (just as the DAS bar) of going to the rear suspension points instead of the rear seat belt mounting points.

I made my own carpet piece. Not exactly the same color, but close enough. The camera flash makes the difference appear more drastic than in person.

Of course now my car weighs much more than yours. Remember that when I come down to CA next year and you blow me away.

Allan- I take it u got the euro gt3 seats- do u have foam padding on the horizontal bar on both driver and passenger to prevent shoulder belts from spreading- the holes of seat have to much width so it could spread. Mike

Sad to say my weight offsets the carpet by the extra 20lbs of belly fat : (. My suit use to be loose : (. Mike

Only 20lbs of belly fat? Doc says I need to lose 30. Yay! Another excuse!

Thx for the comment about the harness straps. Yep, I have roll bar padding keeping things in check so none of the straps will move. That pic was just after I put in the carpet piece and before securing the straps.

Cheers,
