That's a touch one then. I would probably lean toward the 997.1 RS over the 997.2 base since the RS would be a more "special" car. I have to admit though the 997.2 base model is SWEET!!!!!

I agree, I have a 997.2 RS on order but I am thinking of aborting.
I'm either going to:
a. Keep mine as a track car
b.Get an .1 RS and put all my trick bit's in it.
c. Get a Scuderia in a couple years when I don't need a second morgage to buy it (no kids planned)

What do you think it will cost to get all my stuff transferred? i have a similar build sheet to yours. Assuming I can get both cars side by side.

Both cars side-by-side would save a bit on labor cost. Hard to estimate. Depends on how "in" you are with your race shop. Maybe y'all could negotiate a "flat" rate for the swap???

Not sure I understand that rationale.

Quicker? Go for a ride with me or Dell's ex. I could have upgraded for what it cost to do that though.

I so resemble that remark and vow never to do it again. Get/keep the car that turns you on.
