Sponsorship! (Doesn't that technically make me a "pro"? And the slowest pro ever!)

You should sign up. Their break even is probably 20 cars, so either no one will be there or they'll open it up as a normal event.

its way too expensive for TH ... $300 is closer to my comfort zone ... and thats for Sears or LS ...

hell for $495 you could buy enough slot car track to replicate TH and race a cup car around it!

I'm still thinking about it. I really don't like overpaying, but I've missed a few events being out of the country, so I might just go for it. PCA @ BW is the same weekend, so that is an option. My brother, Scott, is on the fence as well. HOD should drop the price for everybody if they get the over the threshold...More that sign up, the cheaper for everybody...then I'd be in for sure.

Is anyone going to be driving the following day too (Saturday)? I'm planning on it - my first time driving my car with newly built motor and gearbox (73 911). Also my first trackday outside of Colorado. Hope some of you will be there. Hooked on Driving just split the weekend, so you can go Sat or Sun ($295) instead of just the whole weekend.
