I think they're repaving Thunderhill this year. I hope it comes out at least half as nice as that.

How does that effect the paint? How long will it hold up? It looks so sweet!

Thanks!

Different films have different life expectancies. The one I used is very thin (only 0.6mm) and it is graded as having a 3 years life expectancy (so assume only 2 years). But importantly, it has a very low tack acrylic adhesive which ensures the film lifts cleanly. There are many other cars (eg, CGTs etc) which are done by the same company, and so far absolutely no issues on paint. Mine has the benefit of being wrapped over the Paintshield (full frontal only) that was already on my car adding additional protection.

Just had my first trackday of 2008 at Snetterton, so thought it would be rude to not post a pic up! Here's to a great 2008 season

One nice thing... no more need to wax the car

WHOAAAA how much does that run???

Nice Hot Wheels collection.

A guy from our region bought himself a 2007 GT3 RSR last year. Incredible car.

Call me crazy but I think a Mexico Blue 997 GT2 would look fantastic.

So Chris, is this the reason you're selling the TR-6...... Making room for a GT2???

Selling the TR-6 wouldn't buy 1 GT2 rotor.

No, it hasn't been driven in so long. It's been in storage for 10 years. It was my dad's car. I actually learned to drive stick on it. It has lots of memories but I know I won't drive it and my mom certainly won't. I was a passenger in a car that got totalled in 2000 and ever since then I have an aversion for older cars that don't have crumple zones, airbags, great brakes etc. It's time.
