Talking Dell you wanted to see this ... Cup steering wheel w/quick disconnect

Finally got around to taking some pics after I cleaned the cars for winter hibernation ... Both cars were washed, cleaned using a claybar, waxed with Klasse Sealant and finally a coat of Pinnacle Souveran wax.

Also in the pics is my GT3 cup wheel w/quick disconnect. You don't need the spacer. I like it better than the stock wheel. Much, much lighter and road feel is enhanced.

Do you have a permanent airbag light on the dashboard?

What's the weight difference compared to the stock steering wheel with airbag?

I have a piece of electrical tape over the permanent warning light on the dash. The warning light on the electronic display has to be overridden every time the car is started.

The weight difference is significant. The cup wheel is well under 50% of the weight of the stock wheel. Maybe even 25%.

a grand? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the cup wheel is really just a Momo mod07 wheel with Porsche motorsport written on it. A momo mod07 is $150, or at least it used to be. How much is the quick disconnect?

You can also get a switch that will turn the light off. You can do the same for the check engine light for the cats.

It's only money, you'll get more later! We're counting on you Dell.

I have the Techart wheel on mine, it cost a bunch more than a grand but it does include the airbag.

Lookin good Chris. Now you just have to gut about, oh, 300-400 lbs out of it and put a proper suspension on it (a la Perry) and you'll be laughing

I think I need more seat time before I get to Perry suspension. His car has gone back for more tweaking. I'm just going to drive.
