FS: Complete set RED GT3 calipers
I put the PCCBs back on my car.
I have a complete set front and reat GT3 red calipers for sale.
These are bolt-on in GT3/GT2s equipped with PCCBs,
and will allow you to run conventional (iron) brake discs.
I am asking $2200.00 plus shipping.
These are in like new condition as they have been on my car for 5400 miles.
If interested send me a PM or email me by using the email function of the forums.
Located in SF Bay Area.
I also have a complete set of iron rotors in excellent condition that I can sell.
Thanks

In the front you will need GT3 uprights to mount the calipers as the bolt spacing is different. Never tried the rear brake so not sure if it is a bolt in or not. The fronts are a direct bolt on for a 996TT, but a 2 mm different offset is required for the front rotors (towards the inside).

I actually passed on a few PCCB GT3's because I will be tracking the car (and am still in the unt for one)
Why are you putting PCCB back on your GT3? I was under the impression that if you track it and the PCCB flakes, your wallet is now 10K lighter, no?

and at least the 05 PCCBs are holding up.
These calipers are BOLT-ON in all GT3 (and GT2 I think),
so if you buy a PCCB equipped car, you can convert them to
conventional discs using these calipers.

Standard equipment?
Nah! (Well maybe) They are just so much better. Never had a problem with mine, and at PDE they use them on the 997S, they work very well on the track. That first bite......oh my!
Wouldn't live without them. "Mais, a chaque son gout"
It'll soon be the upgrade to have.

The difference in weight is like night and day and you can tell the difference even in traffic.
If the brakes hold up for 70K miles, I will be OK with replacing them every 70K miles. We shall see.

There is some confusion out there about pads, mainly because the color changed (I believe).
I use the yellow (middle), racing (green) are not good for the street, and the black are not good for the track (and may have done in a few ceramic rotors).
I think recently they changed the color of the yellow to black (but not positive about this as I haven't changed my pads in a while)
Pagid RS 19 is a good compromise (and the equivalent of the yellow, but please verify this info).
I can get the part #s tomorrow, but there are others more currrent than me. However, I did get my info and insights from the guy who designed the GT2, GT3 and Carrera GT. Every thing he told me a few years ago has held up to the "time" test. So I am comfortable with my baseline (outlined above).
