Unbelievable !!! I went to an Ohio Delearship (Stoddard) to look at a 2001 Turbo they had there. Low and behold they also had a 2004 Carmen Red Metalic GT3 with 1500 miles on it.

Look at the add to see all the options that were on this car. Anyway, I drove the GT3 first. It was amazing. I had never driven a GT3 before this and it was everything I had been wanting in a Porsche. I drove the Turbo second and everything just seemed slow compared to the GT3. I thought I was rowing a boat shifting gears compared to the GT3. Needless to say they offered me a great deal on the car and especially a good tradein price on the 2006 M3 I had , so I bought it. I had a great 4.5 hour drive home from the dealer. I certainly enjoyed driving in sanely, soon I will have to learn how to drive it fast safely. Anyway I will try to post some pictures. Also I cannot say enough good things about Stoddard and the sales manager Jason.

Saw that one last week while shopping for GT3's. LOVE THAT COLOR!!!! Very close to the Arena Red on my 996CAB. I told the wife that if it was still available when we move to NC this summer I would be all over it. Glad to see it will be in the Rennlist community! Congrats

Thanks everyone. I was told that it was only one of two in that color in the US. The guy who originally purchased it wanted to be sure his was different than everyone's else's.

Chris.....that is hilarious! I routinely browse through the GT3 ads and ask the wife her thoughts. Needless to say since we have the Arena Red CAb right now and Carmon Red being the closest, this particular car in question was a great fit. I know it was a stretch to think it would be around till this summer but nonetheless a BEAUTIFUL car!

Congrats on your new car. I am interested in what made you make a switch from the 2006 M3 so quick? Don't get me wrong you made a great step as the GT3 is the best car you can buy forthe money! Love the color also.

I made the switch mainly because I just loved the GT3. I had never driven one before, and was not expecting to be so overwhelmed. When I went to the dealership it was just mainly to see what a GT3 was like to drive not to buy it. But after the test drive there was no other option but to get it. This car is everything that I have ever expected a Porsche to be and I have had 3 other Porsche's.
