Default GT-3 Stock Springs?

I instructed (as a passenger) in a GT-3 last weekend, and was again impressed by how competent these cars are right out of the showroom.

Anyone know the stock spring rates for the GT-3?

And, anyone using Moton Club Sports with the stock springs on these cars?

TIA

230# linear front/540# progressive rear. No helper springs. Lots of compression on the stock dampers.

I know from only 1 person running Motons on the stock springs, but he doesn't track the car, it's just an SCCA stock class requirement.

Which track did you instruct?

IMO, stock springs with moton is way too soft, seems to defeat the purpose of having motons (for track use i am talking about)

More spring. Final rates will depend on tires, other suspension elements, intended driving and anything else I forgot too mentioned as I have only had one cup of coffee so far this AM....

I am running Motons with 700/900 springs. It is managable for most tracks. I have run as stiff as 1100/1300, but that is too stiff for anywhere but the smoothest tracks.

wow, i didn't realize that the gt3 spring rates were that low. the stock gt3 suspension must be much more compliant than my 450/700 lb springs/moton CS. with some gt3 owners complaining that the gt3 is too harsh on the street, i can only imagine what they would think of my 996

did you get any feedback from the person running stock springs and moton CS?

...but do you think it's a good compromise? street & track

i can see ppl using motons and the stock springs because of the complaints with the stock dampers.
