GT2 available in SF bay area
I'm about to trade in my GT2. I thought that someone here could want to jump on this opportunity and offer a little more than the dealer. The car is:
- 2003 GT2, warranty until 6/11/07
- Seal gray / natural grey interior (almost black)
- 15k miles
- center console silver
- alpine receiver with Sirius and iPod adapter in the glove box.
- GT3 seats, as well as stock sport seats
I have located and placed a deposit on a new car. I would like to move quickly and will accept any offer above 108k. Let me know if you want to see the car. It is in the SF bay area.

I'm getting a 997 S with aerokit. I just love that car. Not a lot of power / torque compared to GT2 but stunning. I'll probably upgrade to a 997 GT3 once it becomes available.

Beautiful GT2, I wish I was in the market - great price too. I cannot imagine trading "down" to a 997. I would not trade my 02 996TT for a 997 let alone a GT2.

The thing is, I can never use the GT2 power in the street, and I use a different car at the track. The CS will be perfect in the street, well, until the 997 GT3 shows up.

Guys. Sadly I killed the deal related to my new car today. As a result, the GT2 is no longer for sale.
I have been experiencing a negative experience with the dealer which has the car I wanted to buy and since I have decided to no longer do any business with them, I no longer have any car to buy.
I'll keep the GT2 until the 997 GT3 becomes available. I'm ordering from another dealer this week. I'll post again in a year or so when the GT2 will finally be available.
Thanks for all the emails.

Most Bay Area dealers really suck.
I bought my last car over the phone from Beverly Hills. Much better experience, much better price. I'll do exactly the same for my next car.

Most California delaers suck. I bought my car from Ohio. I ordered it and it was delivered 4 months later.
The dealers in California treat most clients like customers. As if we are buying a loaf of bread, not a $100k car.
I could go into why I believe this true, but I won't.
That being said, if you do find a great dealership, stick with them, they are becoming few and far in this state.

I had my car sold last night and during the transaction, discovered a serious mis-communication which caused the whole thing to fall apart. I felt really bad for the buyer and myself.
As a result, there's still a GT2 for sale in the SoCal area
On Ebay Again
