second (or third) the F21 - Great fitting helmet + you have the option of using a shield or the visor.
Arai is also a great helmet
I have both but like the F21 Better (i have the "Vintage" Silver/Black model in the F21)
Buy and use a Head and Neck Restraint (HANS Preferably) with the proper belts and bar.

For those of you with a HANS, are you installing the attachment points to your helmet yourself, having the HANS vendor do it, or buying a helmet with the attachments already installed? What brand helmets offer pre-installed attachment points?
