Watt, are you getting the itch again? Tired of the donkey car? I saw the new 430 at Monza ten days ago. Nice. The Maserati MC-12 even nicer - stunning car but I doubt we'll see them in North America. A homologation special for Le Mans I suspect.

I had heard rumor that it wasn't going to be allowed to race at Le Mans, but if it is it'll be very interesting to see how it does. I understand it is a reskinned Enzo with less power as a road car, so as not to steal the Enzo's thunder, but the LMP racer they were toying with was a monster, and should give everyone in the field a run for their $$.

Watt, is it true, are you returning to the GT3 fold?

Very nice, will you be bringing it out to any of our track days, or is it a keeper?
No, no, wait, Watt + keeper, that just doesn't ring true! :-))
Please post some shots of it, or maybe it's time for a TOW day so we can all meet the new member of the family.

I've seen and test driven the GT3 that was advertised in the NY Times. It belongs to a Dentist that also has a GT3 Cup car, very nice guy and is also an Instructor for one of the Porsche Clubs, I believe in Northern N. Jersey. I test drove it almost a year ago when he originally put it on the market. Nothing wrong with the car, it just didn't have the options that I wanted, since this was going to be my first 911 p car, I wanted full leather, red belts, and a few more goodies.

Hey Watt, Check with GT3 Scott over at 6speed. He is selling his "new" black GT3 with the RS wing, GT3 seats, harnesses, and Tequipment bar.

That's the ticket. I really have no interest in selling even at the 140 price quote... haha

Watt,

I don't believe I have it, but I recall he is listed in the NYC white pages under Dr. David Klein, DDS, I believe he has offices in midtown Manhattan.

Good luck, tell him Bruce from Apple who lives on LI said hello, all I remember he took me and my son for a test drive and hit the speedo at 129mph in a few seconds on a dark 2 lane country road, that was pretty convincing for me, to say the least.

Watt, here I was figuring you'd be trading your CS in for a 430. Saw them at Monza, nice, very nice.

430's suck, Bob; they're way too heavy. i will however order a 430CS as soon as they announce the car,and thus can take orders.

i'm debating these options:

1] buy a used Gt3 for 85-90 and strip it to 2700 # if possible
2] buy a steroid lightweight clone RS like this turbo body 3.8 NA car below [same $ almost]
3] f.k it and just drink more cocktails

advice?
