That tells me that LRP is a small and tight track like our Streets of Willow, which gives similar lap times, and is also a track that favors lightness and manouverabilty over power. (a good shifter kart on race rubber is much faster than a Cup car there, just what the laws of physics deems possible.)
I have been keeping a close eye on the Loti in the UK, where I have driven them, and they can certainly have an edge at certain tracks, but not at the ones that favor the GT3 like the 'ring. While they are great fun they're not as capable as a Radical at the track, or as nice as a GT3 as a road car. I had an order in for one, but withdrew it thinking Radical thoughts instead.
