50973 Miles: Function First Trans Bushings, Coolant change
Tackled this today. More work than I expected. Hacked the inserts so that the upper carrier nuts will clear. Perhaps these were the correct pieces for the car or I am doing something wrong. I believe the implementation maintains the original functionality/design. They did come with the car with a bag of spare parts.

Mr. Rosso
Thank you all!
He’s loaded on the truck today and should be home when I get back from Vegas.
@ScottArizona , this one, as we both like and appreciate, is NOT a no-story car.

50973 Miles: Test Drive
Busy weekend, Cayenne Oil change, Mr. Monaco’s (yes wife renamed him yet again- says he feels like a racecar versus flashy like Vegas) oil change, and doorcard reinstall and one paint chip work, Miss Bee’s KN 997 GT3 Airbox install.
Took the long weekend to get Miss Bee off the stilts since I’ll have to drive her to work more since the 500E is gone. Went for a quick test drive.
Car drove like a champ, fast, strong, seems to sound better and run cooler, The acceleration from stop seems smoother too.
Lastly tightening the loose camber plate fastener definitely helped-didn’t have any loud banging like a piano fell on the car sounds- yet.
Update: nope something is still off. Strut mount bearing , maybe shocks themselves or sway bar bushings?
Chevron Fuel cleaner and a few gallons of gas
997 GT3 KN Airbox. Tape is temporary the 997 GT3 pipe is on back order so I used the one from the 996 GT3.
Back in the garage with “Mr. Monaco”.
I think I’ll rename him back to “Vegas””.

What's the difference between clubsport and non clubsport carpet besides the holes?
