Love the white gt2. If someone bought that from you (hypothetically), would that hypothetical person be limited to show and display federal registration status?

no this car is 100% legal. Pa title. Same as any other car on the market.

He did a car reveal on YouTube at Ilusso here is the link
he does some amazing exhausts and twin turbo setups for supercars.
