235 or 245 on 8.5 front - Wets
I run 245 and 305/315 on my E88s for track. I picked up a second set of wheels for rain/cold and will probably run something like a SuperSport or the comparable Conti Extreme Contact Sport that will allow me to salvage driving in really bad weather including a return drive from home - those times when it's just not worth trailering up track tires.
The OZ are stock 8.5 front size. I will probably run a stock 295 rear to minimize contact patch in the wet.
For the front, would you run 235 or 245? Both sizes seem measured and spec'd for an 8.5 inch rim.
The 245/40 will better match height-wise with a tall 295/35 (which is all that's available in the Conti, no 295/30 spec).
Thanks for your thoughts.
Cheers

Yup, I am already running 245's.
The only issue was alignment which requires castor pucks to keep the front wheels back when lowered..
Cheers
