Appraisal Checklist

Appraisal Checklist
Sorry guys, I know that the information I seek will be available on this forum, but probably scattered among many threads and buried in arguments. And I'm new to the world of Porsche.
Always wanted a 911. This looks like a great entry point.
I race a Honda, done Nurburgring 24 Hour 3 times, so can drive, but I'm mechanically relatively naive - basics only.
Tomorrow I am going to check out a 996.2 C2 manual with 64,000kms, IMS not replaced.
It is a long distance from where the car is located to a Porsche service centre.
I would be incredibly grateful if someone could post a short bulletpoint list of things I should look for tomorrow.
TIA and Hi from New Zealand from a new member here.
Cheers

Thanks Dan, agreed.
It allowed me to compile an excellent checklist for my own initial appraisal.
The car checked out perfectly, it drove well, agreement on price was reached conditional on a full PPI from and OPC - will be done next few days.
I've always intended for the to be a 911 in my life, so really quite excited!
Will be selling my BMW E39 M5 to make room in my storage - I have 6 vehicles.
Others being 2x '96 JDM Honda Integra Type R - 1 is a fully homologated race car, the other a low kms '96 keeper, an Audi ur quattro 20V, a '15 Megane 265 RS, and my workhorse for the racing, an Amarok Ute ("pickup" I think in the USA)
