Default Toe Alignment Tool?

I took my 03' for an alignment today and they said they couldn't adjust the rear toe because they needed an special tool. I searched and came up empty handed, so is there really a tool or are they lying?

Time to find a new alignment shop. No special tools needed, and if they don't understand how it works, they shouldn't mess with it.

As said, find a new shop. 18 and 19 mm wrenches are all that is required. I just did mine 2 weeks ago.
