This. the last guy i know who added 100+ hp to a stock block ended up with a very nice sized hole in the side of it. Granted, it was a Honda and I told him to sleeve the damn thing, but not alot of factory NA engines can take an additional 120hp of forced induction.

No.
I am curious though, where is the alternator there? Charger sits where alternator is supposed to be.
Also, even though this is MK1, imaging the procedure to replace the coolant tank. It seems like you would need to remove the SC completely.

I turbo charged a ford focus at 9psi for quite long time. ran several track days with some success.
I didnt start blowing rods/pistons until i upped the boost to 15psi.
Motors were $350 with 1 year warranty and I could swap em out in a weekend.
I still wouldn't boost a NA porsche though.

Nissan's VQ35HR is a fun one. IIRC forged connecting rods from the factory & can handle a s/c that brings power on the 3.5L unit from 306 to ~400+. The serious problems start when you push it past 500 with a TT setup, from what I've read on the never-wrong internet.
Exceptions to the rule.
