I have always been a fun of the nephrite green interior - no surprise i ordered my 996 with it . As its a pretty rare interior choice i wonder if any other 996 owners with this color interior can post some pics . I will start with mine

My neighbor has one... exterior matches also, whatever that color is called. His is a tracked modded beast of a turbo... and a tiptronic also which is funny because he's a PCA instructor at Sebring. That is one polarizing color for sure... you either hate it or talk yourself into liking it, it seems.

KMAGNUSS your neighbor is Raymond James with the Ocean Jade Metallic Turbo with your green interior. His car was originally ordered in 2001 by the woman owner of Suncoast Porsche she ordered those color cars every 2 years. I own the 1999 996 she had before Ray's same colors and a lot of fun. I also recently bought a 1999 996 that was ordered by a University of Miami supporter with paint to sample orange exterior and partial Nephrite green/orange interior,

I hear you about the dash carpets first thing that came out of car now working on replacing the "pimp" black and orange wheels looking for one more stock Sport Classic front 7.5x18 50mm offset if anyone knows where one may be hiding. Orange/Black ones will be for sale when I replace them they might look good on a black or white car.

It does work with a dual SIM car, when the car phone is on it takes priority on my mobile which is pretty handy as PCM2 is hands free . Old technology but better with it than without

I want to like the color, but I haven't seen examples that I liked before as it seems like people matched it with an uncomplimentary exterior color. I think you have a good combo there and it looks as nice as I always thought it could.

I like it! I like the orange car too but think it would have been nicer with just all green interior instead of the two tone.

My uncle has a RUF RGT with a green interior that I really liked. I think it is a little lighter in color but still distinctive.

Yeap. I didnt want to choose black or brown as 90% of basalt black 996s have this interior and the other 8% grey . I have been in a 993 with nephrite green and i really liked it.....

I want that RUF RGT soooo bad. One was recently for sale with low miles at $55k locally, but I didn't fully realize how good of a deal it was. Only 27 or so RGT 996.1s were imported. The 996.2s are buku bucks & I think it would be not only a reliable beast but a decent toy to hang on to.
