If you're lucky enough to find a used OEM sized leather stamp, you could pull it off yourself. But you're best bet is calling around and seeing if any leather car upholstering shops in your area have the Porsche leather embossing stamp and have it done professionally.

Sorry for the post. First world problems. I don't think there is any way to solve this problem other than to replace the seat covers with new. But then again, in another 15 years you will just be back to the same problem. sorry sorry sorry

IIRC, this was an option. My car is relatively light on options and I always laugh that someone just had to have the crest embossed in the headrests when they ordered my car.

It's called 'patina'.
I think the best prevention, it to minimize sunlight in the cabin. That's why I use a sunshade. Regardless, it's going to happen. And you can't use a shade now to reverse the change.
The embossed crest on the center console does hold up very well, vs the headrests, BTW.
