How is the weekend of June 10th and 11th sound to people? If dates are set then, we need to get firm commitments from people who are going and I will reach out to locals to plan out the driving and events.

Not to question the little progress we have made so far but are there any existing DE track days would could schedule this around? Or are you thinking the exotic drive route? The later might be a lot easier to pull off.

I am thinking scenic drive day 1, followed by drinks, entertainment on the strip. Track rental for a few hours or exotic day 2.
Once date and participants are finalized, the itinerary will be easy to plan out.

Ok, I have the spreadsheet going for the attendees. 10 confirmed attendees gets this set in stone.
As far as hotels go options are: Gold Coast Hotel + Casino, Stratosphere, Monte Carlo, or Treasury Island.

Although I don't have a 996 right this moment, I am in as well. Early June the weather won't be unbearable to be out in, just a bit hot.
As as far as location, why not stay off the strip at Green Valley Ranch or the M? We can always cruise down the strip. Being local I typically stay away unless I am seeing a show.
