Beware!! Shady vendor. Bought a clutch kit through their eBay site vs their webpage because it was $100 cheaper than the webprice! Several days after the purchase they refund my money claiming "out of stock". I called their number where a helpful and pushy sales guy tells me they have them in stock ready to ship.

The kit had been on eBay at that price for 29days at least. They had plenty of time to fix their mistake.

Bad buisness. I will never support them again. I have called them a few times on other items and always left with a bad taste.

Vertex Auto... two thumbs down.

now I have to try and find another place to buy a clutch...

^Bummer^! I bought some suspension parts from them via ebay (less $ than their advertised web price). They did screw up the shipping (said that I changed the shipping address/told them to ship to a different address or some such nonsense)... But they also fixed their mistake and got me the parts - albeit later than promised... Buyer Beware!!!

Just bought the EPS roller bearing at a lower price than their Vertex website, which was the same price anyhow due to a 10% discount and actually shipped faster then the site so go figure the *** backwards part of that. Anyhow I got it through their Ebay store front and no issues and fast delivery.

Interesting, I bought their 3.4 rebuild kit as well as an eps clutch and received everything quickly. The only thing wrong was that the rebuild kit was missing a couple of small part that I ended buying at the dealership.

I've been a Vertex customer 15+ years dozens of transactions and 100% satisfaction. Never had a problem i can remember.

You should try and work it out with them.
