Default EVOMSit Tuning now $695

Hi guys -
Just wanted to share what our pals at EVOMS sent us this week. We have been using EVOMSit software exclusively since 2007 for all our tuning projects and customer cars and this is the first time they've reduced the pricing on any of the products.

The new price for custom 996 naturally aspirated tuning is $695. We are able to flash ECUs the same day they are sent to us so if you'd like an easy ~12 HP you can send it in. We can also remap throttle for better response and tune for different octanes, elevations and some aftermarket parts. We can only the tune e-gas (2000+) cars at this time.

You can bring us the ECU in person or contact us about sending it in (info@sharkwerks.com / 510-651-0300). Here is a guide showing how to remove the ECU from your hardtop or cabriolet .

Return shipping price would depend on quick you'd like it back (roughly $65 for next day air in the USA).

The '99 has a different Bosch ECU and throttle cable (not electronic throttle). EVO can flash these in Arizona but I do not believe you can send them the ECU. You can contact Sam at EVO here: Sam Stone and he may be able to accommodate you.

Is this still available? And is this the same tune where you can purchase the $229 cable system from them and plug in the tune yourself? They lost a lot more benefits then just an additional 12 hp.

Since the '99 C4 does have e-gas, is that a candidate?

Yes this is available via the cable tune. I'm not sure what you mean about the lost benefits.

Yes it's the same as a 2000 C2 ECU and it should be no problem
