Are you sure yours is 50%....It sure looks too dark to be 50%

 

its 50% low type ! the made in thailand one's , here in U.A.E we have many diffrent type of tints Really many many .. but due to Restrictions we are not allowed to put over 50% .(Traffic police law). or otherwise u will see me putting silver mirror tint

Itzkirb - You were able to find a CA installer of Huber that would do the front windows? I called one down here in SD and he was all uppity about the "insurance liability". I'm an insurance professional, so I tried to school him about those issues a bit, but he won't budge. It actually looks like I will find a huber installer in AX or NV to do it when I drive out there for business (Pheonix, Las Vegas, etc). I want my front windshield tinted a bit even. Not too much.

The huber optik was good because it won't interfere with Radar or lazer detection.

Yes, I found someone here in CA to do it. They gave me the speach about how it's against CA law to tint anything dark on the front driver and passanger windows and that if I did it, it would be my responsibility. Then I said...Yes, please tint it.

I did not get the Front windshield tinted. Only 5 windows...
