Yeah, let me know when stuff shows up. They didn't pre-make the items, so it's not like there's a stack sitting there just to be bagged and mailed.

I did, they are working out shipping costs and will bill me direct via paypal. Once I get final word I'll update. At first it was a no, but then they said they'll try to help and it looks like they are doing just that.

I haven't made my purchase yet because their site is calculating Tax incorrectly for me. I emailed them last week, but have had zero response.

Guess I will have to try calling them...

Yeah, calls are best. That's partly why this took so long... they are slow to respond to emails. They've been super helpful on the phone, however.
