Default Another oil change and oh my what i found in the filter

Did my 2nd oil change on the Targa since I bought the car last Oct.

Takes longer to get it up on jack stands than to actually change the oil and filter.

I borrowed Paul's microscope and had a good look at the cut open filter.

Damn, what I found was just plain old oil, no plastic bits, no metal flakes, just plain old oil. I guess the Kirkland Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil that I have been using is just what my M96 likes.

What am I doing wrong with no strange bits in the filter?

Surely this Kirkland EVOO is not from Greece.

No need for jack stands. A couple of patio stones and you are good to go.

You don't even have to go that far.

Lol, I bet I know the story behind this picture. His car was about to be repossessed and knew he could make a little coin on the rims and tires. The car was faux stolen and as to not damage the car he let it down on blocks. About 20 years ago, this happened to a warehouse guy where I worked. Granted it is just speculation but the picture looked so familiar. His was a 300zx.
