This is exactly how I feel about the 996. Normally I like vintage cars, but they aren't comfortable to drive daily. The 996 has that light and tossable feeling that I get from vintage cars, but with all the modern creature comforts.

I had a Tiptronic C4 996 back in the 2000's and I honestly didn't enjoy it that much (the Tiptronic took all the fun out of it). The 2000 C2 6-speed I just picked up honestly feels like perfection for a DD.

I actually have no idea. It may have started with my early IMS threds. Instead of Jake Raby's fix I used a Rolex Daytona for my IMS seal. Or maybe it is my Auto Shop karma from high school.
