Hey guys, I have a locked clamshell with the top down. I have followed the owners manual and am unable to get the shell to unlock. I've had buddies try and assist the shell while I turn the hex screw with no luck. Everything else appears normal but am unable to access anything in that compartment and appear to be at a dead end.... Anyone have any suggestions????
