EVERYONE PLZ READ: jro996turbo vs. 9ff
I hope everyone can spend a little time and read this post. One of our good members, jro996turbo has recently run into a major problems with 9ff. Here is a link to the thread:

The company has very unique practicing, etc.. You can even see a recent move on their part:

Basically, John (jro996turbo) has been taken advantage of by this company for over $20,000. I too was taken advantage, but no as badly by this company, 9ff. You can read all the problems, issues, comments, etc.. from the above link. Basically I wanted to make everyone aware here and also we are setting up a collection, as said very well by Colm:
"Could the 2000+ readers buy a piece of jro996turbo's troubles for $12 apiece, and then file a class action suit against 9ff.
Otherwise we could tell 6 people and they could tell 6 people and so on and so on..then 9ff is out of business; and we're all $12 poorer and a richer and tighter community for it.
After all jro996 turbo may have saved us from a potentially unscrupulous company, that hides behind their agents."
Thank you for everyone's time and I hope we can all unite and help John out during this time.

Wow. Just read the whole post at the other forum.
I do agree that the civil case should be a slam-dunk against 9ff, both the USA apartment unit and the German unit. Unless, of course, we haven't heard everything. What's jro996turbo waiting for? Go ahead with the case. You can only threaten a few times before they think you are bluffing. There's also the BBB and other consumer protection agencies. Criminal liability and a criminal case should soon follow.
