Leaking IMS seal?

Leaking IMS seal?
I had a leak, so I dropped the trans and seems that it's the IMS seal. I called the dealership that serviced the car before I bought it and they said they replaced clutch, ims and rms at 64k miles. Car is at 72k now.
What are the chances that they replaced the ims with a LN retro fit?
Also curious if the pp or flywheel look ok. Clutch is 8.44mm thick.
Hoping that I can just replace the ims seal.

After reading more, it seems that oil leaking from this is bad because that means the seals on the bearing itself is gone allowing oil to pass through? Unless i'm over thinking it. I'd like that have a reason not to use the 1000 dollar parts i've already ordered.

That engine has already been retrofitted. Thats an LN IMSB flange. I can spot one from 20 yards away.
Looks like its leaking at the nut, my guess is they botched the install by compromising the O ring in the IMS flange ID when installing it.

Since day #1 (meaning the very first IMSB ever installed, done at my shop) all LN IMS bearings have used an O ring to seal the ID of the flange to the center stud.
If its not there, you will have a leak.
