I havent asked any of them that yet. Just getting regular quotes for now. It looks like it'll be between 2500-3000 so far. I also have a friend who is a Porsche tech I can bug!

I recently had new clutch, IMS (LN), AOS, Water Pump, brake flush and a few other odds/end done. I'm on the road, but can check my bill and let you know what was charged for each/hours. My Indy is fine with me bringing my own parts (but he does cut back my discount for paying cash). On this job, I brought some of the parts in and he sourced others. My "clutch" job was more complicated as my fork was broken, which led to other issues. I was in the ballpark on hours/parts cost as what has been posted, so it probably comes down to your Indy's rate. Happy to get the specifics if it would help. I'm in Chicago.

I was able to find it-
Parts (Indy)
Clutch Kit $781.42/99611691102
AOS $119.67 / 99610702651
Water Pump $399.44/99610634054 (that one hurt)

Parts (me)
LN Retrofit from Pelican: $649
(other various, but not applicable to this thread)

Hours:
Clutch 6 Hours
IMS Update 4 Hours (likely high here)
AOS: 1.5 Hours
Water Pump: 1.5 Hours

I've used this mechanic exclusively for everything that I could not do myself (or had time to do myself). They run a good shop, sponsor local PCA and in general I think they are honest and fair. Hope this helps-

Yea that is definitely a good guideline. I can find a clutch cheaper than that so hopefully I can use my own parts.

R&D Automotive is your best bet. They are very familiar with the process and have also done a few DOF kits as well.

Feel free to use me as a reference

I just got off the phone with Auto Haus up in Burnt Hills. They said it's be about $1100 in labor and I can source my own parts if I want with no extra charge.
I spoke to R&D yesterday and they were closer to $3000 all in.
