Nice thread. I vote for the straighforward mods to intake and exhaust north of the MAF and south of the cats I went with Fabspeed on my 2000 MY. But my favorite mod has been a single mass flywheel, installed with a motorsports type clutch when I updated to ceramic IMS. Drivability is great, and the rate at which the engine changes speed is amazing - like being in a lower gear throughout the rev range. i know some worry about longevity with this setup. I have run it for 10K without a problem so far. But combined with a clutch job, this is an under $2K mod with prteey nice return.
