good Price?

I agree with what the others are saying, to me a Mk1 with an aero kit is a great looking car, one of the all time best. That car in good condition, that passes a PPI, would be worth 24k...and you could probably get close to 22k if the seller is motivated. Gl, keep us posted!

Thank you all for your input. Its been reposted several times (the ad) and so I'm hoping I may use that to my advantage. And as far as waiting its because I am in the northwest and we are expecting snow this week and I recently bought a 4x4 truck for the winter with the hope to sell it and my 944 in the spring or after it stops snowing which ever comes first. But the main concern is maintenance and history of the car.
Also what is PPI? Pre purchase inspection?
Also what do you guys think of this one?

Seems very similar to the original ad I posted about.

my experience with a seller that keeps re posting is because he cant sell the car,may have some underlying problems. Maybe ask him or her if any other potential buyers have taken the car for a ppi.

Ah, OK. That looks like another good find. With any car, take it to someone who services Porsches to do the PPI. Figure on spending a few hundred or so on the PPI.

Just asking. In my search I was firm on black, silver, or dark gray. Doing that of course eliminates great candidates but by sticking to your visceral preferences you will get the car you want. YMMV.

Just ran across this ad.

Curious as to how much I'd end up paying with fees and such. Never purchased a vehicle from a dealership.
Also, is the maroon color a rare color? Never seen any Porsche that color since the 928. And what are the metal mesh pieces on the front? Purely cosmetic or functional?

The mesh pieces will prevent road debris from getting lodged between the AC condensers and radiators. Otherwise you'll need to remove the bumper cover periodically to clean out leaves, cigarette butts, etc. Do a search on radiator cleaning and you'll learn more about this.
