I don't know why, but 996 Turbo wheels are my favorite.

the turbo wheels with narrow body offset are very rare. I have been trying to hunt a set since forever.

I've had turbo twists, sport design and now the sport classic II. I like these best. Really is a nice look to the 996.

My Avatar shows the "new" VE Innsbrucks which I like as the car now has an updated look. I have a set of genuine HRE 3 pieice wheels, black centers with polished lips. I am about to send them to a local place to have them polished and balanced so I can get rid of them. They will be offered with Sumi HTRZIII tires, if your interested......(not trying to hijack to the thread).

My winter tires are on 18x8 & 18x10" twists from a 993 car. I like the look a lot more than my 996 twists, you can see the openings are larger, and point between the lugs instead of at them. My preference would be for the OZ wheels like Philooo has except they are not available in silver or polished.
Damn, cannot figure out how to attach my photo!

Why is that woman looking at my avatar?

Somehow, the Sport Classic wheels seem to give the car a significantly different appearance than the others, whether traditional five spoke, twists, silver, black, and so forth. Perhaps it more draws the eye away from the rounded shape versus other sports cars?

Here's another vote for Sport Technos. I've got a set for my C4S and a set for my Cayenne.

Wow - haven't seen Zanzibar before - looks incredible on a C4S. I think I'm in love.

Those five spoke Carrera II and III do look nice. Simple, light looking... But regardless of the cleaning pain, I like the "mesh" type classic. And I know about cleaning those! Back at college I had a similar set on my Jetta GLI.

Any body with experience on the Avan Garde Wheels? I found the following, and they look very nice. They do have also a one piece set I liked better, but of course it is not avail at 18"...
