). From my time hunting for a set of good 40AE used wheels I'll bet that there still are folks out there who'd love to have them. Why not sell them and just powder coat a set of regular Carrera II wheels? You'd probably make a few bucks in the process.I'm with you. I think that the 40AE wheels are absolutely stunning, especially on our 40AE cars.

I have the carrera 2 wheels but I recently got a set of Cup iv wheels as winters and think they look good .
Tire rack sells them , a good value for money wheel, especially when you do a wheel and tire package

Just picked up the 2003 C4S a week ago and tried these BBS's on.
Was hoping I might find a picture of a 996 with the Sport Design wheels such as what I put onto my Cayman S a couple of years ago.
