18" Carrera 2 wheels are my favorite by far. Here's my old 2001, which I still miss. A close second for me are the 997 Carrera 3 and the 996 Sport Techno twists.

Plenty if options for 18" depending on your budget. Figure out if you want to reduce weight or just for looks.

BBS OEM Porsche wheels
BBS RSGT, LMs or E88s
OZ wheels
HREs
Fikses FM10s
RUFs

Best looking wheels for the car, in my opinion. They call for ceramic brake pads to keep from getting dirty too quickly, however (the pads do make a huge difference).

May I respectively add Champion and CCW amongst the boutique mix.

Much like Mr. Puppy I found some very used Carrera 2 wheels and had then black anodized for $35 a wheel.

Embarrassing but I don't know what model wheels I have. Just got the car and have been too busy to research just yet. They sort of look like turbo twist but don't have the 'twist'. They are 18" shod with PS2 tires. Ideas?

Mas05, thank you. The wheels are 8.5 wide in front and 10.5 in back. The tires are 285s back and 225s in front.

^ That's what I want, but in silver. My car would then be the negative of yours (black car, silver wheels). I guess sort of the negative of my negative avatar pic (OK, now I'm confused)

porrsha - great pic of your car. Looks fantastic with the black wheels. Speed yellow & guards red cars both can really pop with just a few of the right mods.
