The note was a paragraph along the lines of ( do you think your so
Hot ?, your a dick ect ect)
I saw the guy from a distance
he was also staying at Sheraton
Desk manager refused to give me any info but, called police
He would not answer the police knock

 

Sounds like he was jealous of your fine ride.

 

I'm just glad to know someone's out there fighting the good fight for great justice, keeping Sheraton parking lots dick-free.

 

No one who was happy with his car would write that note. I think I'd have a good laugh at his expense.

 

Be glad he didn't leave a key scratch down the side of your car.

 

I would have just let it go. Big deal......not like I do not get enough of every WRX or Honda...plus every other car passing me every day to make some kind of point that ruins my driving experience.

Now..besides that point...aviography....that is one awesome color!!!! Love it!!!!

One last thing:
Regardless of the house you live in, watch you wear, person you date, car you drive....somebody will hate it.

As long as they do not damage or destroy what you have worked for or the family you care for......it is all just an annoyance. To me, I drive a nice...used car with a body style that is classic. For the price I paid for it, hard to buy a new car now...granted, my 996 is not always my daily driver.

Yeah, it sounds like he is crazier than a sprayed roach -- I agree with the others, glad all he did was give you a taste of his upcoming manifesto, and not key your car or get even crazier.

 

I had an attractive woman this morning, at our local Starbucks, in a new Jeep 4by ask me, "...do you want to trade." I asked her if there was something wrong with her husband?

I remember many, many years ago I was sitting in traffic in my 86 911 just minding my own business and this dude in a Monte Carlo next to me says " you think your pretty special in that car huh" or something like that. I just looked at him and said "no, but apparently you do."

People have issues...

 

I hear ya. However, I always take it as a compliment and usually let them run past me. It's like I am in charge of my own little "Make A Wish Foundation".

That note would have freaked me out too. Too much thought went into making his "point". Glad both you and your car are ok.

 

Do any of these haters know how little our Porsches are really worth? Most of my subcontractors drive $50k pickup trucks and think nothing of it.
