Sorry to hear Kyle doesn't offer the pre-cut anymore. He needs to update his site! Either way, he makes good stuff and is a pleasure to deal with.

His pricing is pretty fair, I'm debating on ordering it from him and trying to install it myself or having it done somewhere. I'm sure it'd probably cost at least $300 to have it done. I always enjoy doing the work on the car when I can.

It should be fairly easy for ya. Another person may help since the piece is so wide. I would still go wet application and get the foam squeegee blocks. Don't waste the money on the dedicated pre-mixed wetting solutions.

32oz spray bottle. Put about 1/3 rubbing alcohol and the rest DISTILLED water. Add in a few drops of dish soap and you are good to go. Wet the surface, wet the film and take your time. Squeegee from the center out.

I did everything myself and used the 3M 1080 stuff. For a 5'x12' roll it was about $140 through metrorestyling which was enough to do the hood, roof and sunroof. I would enlist the help of a friend if attempting it yourself. I tackled the project alone and when folding the vinyl over to apply it to the front of the roof the vinyl folded over on itself and I ended up with a small group of wrinkles between the sunroof and windshield on the passenger side. Having a friend to keep the opposite side tight would have prevented it, oh well. The 3M 1080 is a dry application product and can be pulled up and reworked, just don't let it fold over on itself, lol.

Andy, how far under the hood does your wrap go? In other words, are the edges wrapped or just the flat portion of the panel?

Yes they are wrapped under about 1/4" or so.
