Hey guys just picked up new to me 2003 911 C2. I will post up a pic tomorrow. It was from a 1 owner and has 22k miles. It is in like new condition. It was a weekend driver then stored in climate controlled hanger. It is Lapis Blue if I got the color right. It has all options offered that year including the quad exhaust look. I paid $29900 which I thought was an ok price. Hope I did ok on that. It was just in such nice shape. It still has the original front tires and he replaced the rears at 18000 miles. This tells me never driven hard.

Now I am in search of what I can do for best performance upgrades power wise for the money. I will have to do more research but looking at maybe a tune first. Any suggestions are welcome.

I also purchased a 4/48 bumper to bumper warranty from my local Porsche dealer for $2,800. The only reason I purchased it was for the IMS issue. This has the low miles but oil was changed every year. Each year never exceeded 3k miles.

Awesome! That is a good price on the warranty... If it is offered through a good company. Good bet it is, if from the dealer. Best way to check is to make certain that "seals and gaskets" are specifically covered. That is the loophole many bad warranties use to avoid paying full claims.

And don't worry about price. Be happy - and drive it!

That was the first thing I checked and it fully covers all seals and gaskets. If I wanted just the power train that would have been less. It also accident and paint free.

Bud, Congratulations! Sadly, though you'll need to definitely replace the front tires no matter how much tread is remaining. Anything over six years has proven to be dangerous. Wishing you lots of enjoyable times!

Is there a good link that will bring me to a link that would of all the DIY in one link? Things I am looking for now are oil change, hardware radar detector, side marker then I read some things on cheap easy DIY installs with air intake and exhaust
