Depends on the year. It took me about an hour of contortions to remove it the first time, about a half hour to replace it. After my plastic weld job, it started leaking again several days later. This was on my '99 Cab.

My local indy charged me $570 to install a new WP, reservoir, T-stat, belt, flush/fill with new coolant, bleed system (I bought the parts)

I changed the tank on my 99 coupe last month. Took off airbox, disconnected rubber pipes and disconnected 2 fuel lines, disconnect temp sensor. Removed tank Took less than 30 mins. Installing new tank and reconnecting took 15 mins or so. I have never done it before so an hour should be easily achievable

I have a '99 and I did mine in about 90 minutes. Getting the tank out was the hardest part. If you remember the last thing you did before it came out, putting in the new one is easier.

Thanks for the input but I am looking for someone with the actual book labor hrs. This was on an '01 C2. The shop initially told me 1.25 hrs then charged me 3.5 because I needed the car the next day.
