So a full liter should do the whole system? (2.11 pints) FWIW, moving the rack should not get out any more fluid if you used vacuum removal. I'm a little curious though, as to how you refilled it via vacuum. On most vacuum evac/fill systems, you apply vacuum to a sealed system (have to, or you'd never get a vacuum), then because there is no air left, you just switch the valve over to the fill container, and the vacuum now in the system sucks the fluid right in. There is no "clear" tube to see turn green...can you explain that a bit more?

OK, I see what you mean, now. Very clear, thanks. I have to check and see if the Airlift vacuum/fill system has an adapter that will fit the PS fill resevoir, though now that I htink of it, I would also have to seal the vent for the reservoir to make vacuum, too. It may be that the way you did it is the only way, then. Your way actually flushes out the old fluid with the new, like when you bleed brakes, except for the return line to the reservoir.

KrazyK - I have been looking for a guide to changing the PS fluid, but it looks like you deleted your post. Did you put these up somewhere else?
