Default Which OEM short shift kit?

Looking for input from those who have replaced their 996 shifter with either the "factory short shift kit" or the "GT3 shift console upgrade."
My p-car is a daily driver and I like to participate in a few DEs a year.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I put a B&M in mine 2 years ago and love it. Someone told me B&M makes the OEM SSK but you'd need to confirm that. I track it a lot and it's been a champ. Think it was less than the OEM part at Suncoast too.
