How best to remove large oil stain on garage floor
My car suffered damage from a speed bump and it poured 9 and a half quarts of oil on the garage floor. I tried to remove the stain with several products including one from Auto Zone that was worthless I thought that I would post here and see if one of my fellow RL'ers could offer some good advice. Any and all advice and suggestions are appreciated
UPDATE:It appears that the culprit is the oil pan. Nice big 8" crack, enough to release all 9 quarts of Mobil 1. Having trouble finding one Any suggestions where I can find one?? Probably a used one would be priced more reasonable Any assistance is appreciated

after oil dry, I have had good success with purple power degreaser scrub in with broom then cover with kitty litter/ oil dry again.
Repeat a few times then a final clean up with dish soap.

I would use Goo Gone. i would let that soak for awhile and then wipe up with paper towels. Maybe do this a few times. Then I would sprinkle Comet Cleaner and water and scrub the area with a brush, rinse, again if required...

A product called 'Spray Nine' should get it out. Walmart should have it. Will even lift off nicotine /tar stains from walls and car interiors. I used it on grease and tar stains on my pickup, wiped right off. Spray on and let sit to soak in for 15-30 seconds first. I have used Simple Green as well, it takes lots of elbow grease and won't get all of it off like Spray Nine will.

As per John Tesh, a spray of WD40 or equivalent (liquid wrench) on the concrete floor will lift off oil in a minute or two then wipe off with paper towel. I tried this before and it surprisingly worked! Oil spill on my garage floor sometime ago at about 2.5 qts, half a can of WD40 and a roll of paper towel did the job. Some staining but no oil on surface of concrete.
