Removing melted track day rubber from paint

Any suggestions? Following a recent (hot) track day I have several spots on my front end and hood where melted rubber kicked up from other cars has bonded to my paint. I haven't gone after it aggressively yet, just washed the car and followed up with Griot's Speed Shine, neither of which touched the black rubber streaks. Of course I'd like to clean it up with the least amount of abrasive scrubbing possible.

Mr. Clean magic eraser works pretty well to get rubber scuffs off. It takes the wax off, too, so you have to rewax afterwards, but you were planning on it anyhow, I'd venture to guess

Tip from some folks who run a cup car in the Rolex 24 at Daytona every year: once you have it cleaned and re-waxed and prior to your next track event, spray the surfaces of your car most susceptible to being hit by clag, oil, love bugs, what all, with Pledge furniture polish or better yet Pledge All Purpose Cleaner. Just spray it on and leave it - don't rub it one or wipe it off. Rubber, oil, bugs splattered on you car at 120 mph+ will then rinse right off or worst case wipe off with water and a soft cloth. Sounds wield but it works on cars doing 24 hours at much higher speeds than most of are doing in 30 minute HPDE sessions.
